Pan Pork Chop with Apples

Time: 40 minutes Serves: 4


Ingredients:


• 4 Pork Chops (bone in or boneless)

• 2 Apples, cored and cut into wedges

• 1/2 of a Red Onion, cut into wedges

• 2 TBSP Family Reserve Picual Olive Oil

• 2 TBSP Harvest Apple Balsamic 

• 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard

• 1 tsp Salt

• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper


Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 400°. Drizzle olive oil on baking sheet.

2. Arrange pork chops on sheet pan. Season with salt & pepper. 

3. Add the apple wedges and onion wedges to a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the olive oil, harvest apple balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt & pepper. Pour mixture over the apples and onions. Toss to coat. Arrange apples and onions around the pork. Pour remaining mixture over the pork chops. 

4. Bake in oven until the pork chops are cooked through, about 20 minutes for boneless pork chops and 30 minutes for bone-in pork chops. 

5. Once finished baking, set oven to broil to caramelize the vegetables, about 3 minutes. Serve Immediately.
