Summer Caprese Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 Medium or 2 Large Beefsteak Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 lb (16 ounces) Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced
- 16 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions:
- 1. Layer slices of tomato, mozzarella and basil on a large platter.
- 2. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and salt & pepper together.
- 3. Drizzle the vinaigrette mixture over the tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.
- 4. Season with extra salt & pepper if desired.
