Summer Caprese Salad

Ingredients:
4 Medium or 2 Large Beefsteak Tomatoes, Sliced
1 lb (16 ounces) Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced
16 Fresh Basil Leaves
3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Honey
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions:
1. Layer slices of tomato, mozzarella and basil on a large platter.
2. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and salt & pepper together.
3. Drizzle the vinaigrette mixture over the tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.
4. Season with extra salt & pepper if desired.
