Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Traditional 18 Year Style Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey 
  • 1 Small Shallot
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Additional Flavor Recommendations: Persian Lime Olive Oil, Herbes De Provence Olive Oil, Basil Olive Oil, Italian Lemon Olive Oil, Blackberry Ginger Balsamic, Italian Raspberry Balsamic, Harvest Apple Balsamic, Tuscan Strawberry Balsamic, Vermouth Red Wine Balsamic, Rose Balsamic, Cranberry Pear Balsamic

Directions:

  1. Mince shallot. 
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, shallot, salt & pepper until blended. 
  3. Use immediately.
