Italian Dressing

Time: 10 Minutes Makes: 1 Cup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Rosé White Balsamic OR Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/8 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 TBSP Water
- 2 TBSP Finely Grated Parmesan
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until blended. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking (such as more salt or pepper). Or you can whisk ingredients in a bowl or blend in a blender if desired. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Best served at room temperature.
