Italian Dressing

Time: 10 Minutes  Makes: 1 Cup


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Infused Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Rosé White Balsamic OR Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/8 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 TBSP Water
  • 2 TBSP Finely Grated Parmesan


Directions: 


1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until blended. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking (such as more salt or pepper). Or you can whisk ingredients in a bowl or blend in a blender if desired. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Best served at room temperature.
