Ingredients:

16 oz (2 cups) vodka
1 lb fresh strawberries
1 small bunch of fresh basil leaves
4 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
1 cup simple syrup (optional)

Directions:

In a large pitcher or bowl, muddle the strawberries, basil leaves and balsamic vinegar until the strawberries are crushed and the basil is bruised.
Add vodka and simple syrup (if using) to pitcher and stir to combine.
Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.
When ready to serve, fill glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice, fill 2/3 full.
Top each glass with club soda or sparkling water and garnish with basil leaves or strawberries
