Rosemary and Balsamic Glazed Ham

Time: 2 Hours • Serves: 8

Ingredients:


  • 8 - 10 lb Ham, fully cooked
  • 2 TBSP Rosemary Agrumato Olive Oil
  • 3 TBSP Traditional 18 Year Style Balsamic
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:


1. Remove ham from refrigerator and allow ham to come to room temperature before cooking.

2. Score ham with 1/2" deep, diamond pattern cuts to allow glaze to get inside the ham.

3. Preheat over to 325°.

4. Place ham on a roasting pan, fat side down, and roast for 50 minutes.

5. While ham is cooking, combine the Rosemary olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, crushed rosemary and salt & pepper in a medium bowl and set aside.

6. Remove ham from the oven and baste with the glaze. Place back in oven and baste with the glaze every 10 min for 30 min longer.

7. Remove and enjoy.
