• 1/2 Cup Cocoa
• 1/2 Cup Water
• 1/4 Cup Honey
• 1 TBSP Chocolate Balsamic (Seasonal)
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• Pinch of Sea Salt if desired
1. Whisk cocoa, water and honey together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until honey is melted and sauce is smooth.
2. Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate balsamic and vanilla.
3. Finish with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
Note:
The balsamic adds just the right amount of tang to make this sauce melt in your mouth. Fabulous on waffles or pancakes as a special breakfast or drizzled on ice cream or over fruit as a dessert topper.
