Lavender & Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 6 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Lavender Balsamic
- 1 tsp French Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 tsp Coarse Grain Mustard
- 1 TBSP Honey
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Additional Flavor Recommendations: Family Reserve Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, Rosemary Olive Oil, Herbs De Provence Olive Oil, Gremolata Olive Oil
Directions:
- Using a mixer or a whisk, mix all ingredients, except the oil.
- With the mixer still running, or while whisking by hand, slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture.
- Service immediately or store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
- NOTE: Use to dress a salad, or drizzle over roasted green beans or asparagus.
