Lavender & Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 6 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Lavender Balsamic
  • 1 tsp French Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp Coarse Grain Mustard 
  • 1 TBSP Honey 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste 
  • Additional Flavor Recommendations: Family Reserve Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, Rosemary Olive Oil, Herbs De Provence Olive Oil, Gremolata Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Using a mixer or a whisk, mix all ingredients, except the oil. 
  2. With the mixer still running, or while whisking by hand, slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture.
  3. Service immediately or store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. 
  4. NOTE: Use to dress a salad, or drizzle over roasted green beans or asparagus.
