Shelf Update: A Spicy Shift
As many of you know, we track sales closely to keep our tasting gallery fresh and seasonal. We are officially phasing out Chipotle Olive Oil. It’s been a favorite for many years, but it’s time to make space for a new seasonal standout that has earned a permanent place on our shelf.
Spicy Green Chili Pressato Olive Oil
This all-natural Spicy Green Chili Pressato olive oil is produced by crushing olives and fresh Baklouti peppers simultaneously in the same press — without the use of added essences or flavorings. This process allows the essential oils from the peppers to harmonize naturally
with the oil from Arbequina olives, creating a beautifully balanced heat.
Produced in the Murcia region of Spain, where fruits and herbs are grown exclusively for MillPress.
This Southeast coastal, sub-tropical region of Spain is known for its premium citrus, peppers, and aromatic herbs.
We do have a few bottles of Chipotle Olive Oil remaining. Ask our team members before it’s gone.
Harvest Highlight
The Spain harvest delivered exceptional color and vibrancy in both Arbequina and Picual thanks to sunshine and early harvest timing. Meanwhile, Italy gave us structure and intensity — especially in Coratina with its impressive 726 polyphenols. Different regions. Different personalities. All exceptionally fresh.

Fun Fact
That peppery “catch” in your throat comes from polyphenols — natural antioxidant compounds. The stronger the pepper finish, the higher the antioxidant potential.
