Black Garlic Aoli

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Black Garlic Balsamic
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Parsley
- 1 TBSP Finely Chopped Rosemary
- 1 TBSP Finely Chopped Oregano
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Directions:
1. In a small bowl stir together Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, Black Garlic Balsamic and chopped herbs.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Let marinate for a few minutes.
4. In another bowl add 1/4 cup mayonnaise and mix in 2 TBSP of the previously made olive oil, balsamic and herb mixture.
5. Spread over crusty bread, or use with your protein of choice, such as roast beef or flank steak.
