Black Garlic Steak

Black Garlic Steak
Ingredients
- 4 Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Ribeye or New York Strip (whatever cut is desired)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Black Garlic Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 TBSP Family Reserve Picual Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
1. Pat steaks dry and sprinkle each side with 1/2 tsp salt & pepper. Rub into the meat and set aside.
2. Add remaining ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
3. Pour mixture into a Ziplock bag and add steaks. Seal bag and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
4. Remove steaks from the fridge 20 minutes prior to cooking. Cook steaks with however method you desire (grill, skillet, oven) and to desired temperature.
5. Remove and allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
