Chia Pudding with Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

*Perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack!*
Ingredients
For the Pudding:
- 5 oz. milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
- 2½ TBSP chia seeds
- 1–2 TBSP honey
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- ¼ rounded cup fresh raspberries (or other berries)
Suggested Toppings:
- Mixed fresh (or defrosted) berries
- Toasted almonds, chopped
- Sliced bananas
- Coconut flakes or chips
- Drizzle of Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- Granola
- Sprig of fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Chia Pudding:
In a small jar or bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon. Whisk thoroughly to mix. Add the raspberries and stir again to incorporate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Tip: After the first hour, uncover and stir well to prevent clumps from forming.
2. Serve: When ready to eat, stir the pudding again. If it seems too thick, add a splash of milk.
Top with your choice of berries, banana slices, coconut, toasted almonds, granola, and a drizzle of Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
