Easy Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Shallot, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 Plum tomatoes, diced
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- 2 TBSP Basil, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Baguette, sliced
- Additional Flavor Recommendations: Herb De Provence Olive Oil, Basil Agrumato Olive Oil, Pink Grapefruit Balsamic
Directions:
- Wash all produce. Mince the garlic & shallot and place in a medium bowl.
- Chop the tomatoes and slice the green onion and add to the garlic & shallot mixture.
- Drizzle the Tuscan Herb olive oil & Sicilian Lemon balsamic over the mixture and stir well to coat.
- Add chopped basil and salt & pepper and stir.
- Allow mixture to sit for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the baguette and place on baking sheet. Brush with the Tuscan Herb olive oil and bake for 5 min. Top with the tomato mixture and serve.
