Peach Bellini

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 lb Peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Bottle Prosecco (750 ml)
  • Additional Flavor Recommendations: Apricot White Balsamic, Cranberry Pear Balsamic

Directions:

  1. Peel Peaches, remove the pit and then cut into slices. 
  2. Combine the peaches and the peach white balsamic vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. Spoon the peach puree into a pitcher or into the bottom of individual glasses (about 1 TBSP in each glass). 
  4. Fill pitcher or glasses or Prosecco an stir. Garnish with a peach slice or rim with sugar if desired. 
  5. NOTE: Additional puree can be stored in an airtight container in your freezer for up to one month.
