Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Time: 5 min prep; 45 min cook time • Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Harvest Apple Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Rosemary Agrumato Olive Oil
- 2 (1lb) Pork Tenderloins
- 1 TBSP Zionsville Olive Oil Gallery Austin Steak Rub
- Additional Flavor Recommendations: Mulled Cider Balsamic, Porcini Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine the Harvest Apple Balsamic, Rosemary Agrumato Olive Oil, and the Zionsville Olive Oil Gallery Austin Steak Rub in a bowl and mix well.
- Place both tenderloins in a large resealable ziplock bag or in a covered baking dish.
- Pour the marinade mixture over pork tenderloins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes until pork is completely cooked through.
- Slice and serve.
