Maple Balsamic Salmon

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Bourbon Maple Balsamic
- 1/4 Cup Garlic Olive Oil
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Additional Flavor Recommendations: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Gremolata Olive Oil, Teriyaki Balsamic, Honey & Ginger Balsamic
Directions:
- Combine orange juice & Bourbon Maple Balsamic Vinegar in a saucepan and cook over medium high heat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and add the Garlic Olive Oil. Mix well.
- Season salmon with salt & pepper.
- Brush generously with the glaze mixture. Bake salmon in the oven at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until salmon is completely done (occasionally brush salmon with remaining glaze during cooking process).
