Chili Lime Chicken Kabobs

Time: 1 & 1/2 Hours • Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP ZOT Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 TBSP Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Mojito Lime Seasoning
- 1 Pound Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts - Cut into chunks for kabobs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Skewers
Directions:
- In a small bowl whisk together the Persian Lime Olive Oil and the Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar.
- Season with Mojito Lime Seasoning.
- Place the chicken & mixture in a ziplock bag or baking dish.
- Marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill on medium - high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers. Add veggies if desired.
- Grill skewers for 10 to 15 min or until cooked completely.
