Chili Lime Chicken Kabobs

Time: 1 & 1/2 Hours • Serves: 4
Ingredients:
3 TBSP ZOT Persian Lime Olive Oil
1 1/2 TBSP Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar
2 TBSP Mojito Lime Seasoning
1 Pound Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts - Cut into chunks for kabobs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Skewers
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together the Persian Lime Olive Oil and the Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar.
Season with Mojito Lime Seasoning.
Place the chicken & mixture in a ziplock bag or baking dish.
Marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill on medium - high heat.
Thread chicken onto skewers. Add veggies if desired.
Grill skewers for 10 to 15 min or until cooked completely.
