Gremolata Shrimp Pasta

Time: 30 Min • Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Gremolata Olive Oil
- 8 oz of any type of pasta
- 1 tsp Parsley, diced
- 1 lb Large Shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 TBSP Garlic, minced
- Shredded Parmesan to taste
- Lemon Wedges to taste
- Additional Flavor Recommendations: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Herbes De Provence Olive Oil
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- While pasta is cooking, use a large skillet and add the Gremolata Olive Oil and bring to medium heat.
- Add shrimp and season with salt & pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp is just pink and cooked through. Flip shrimp halfway through cooking.
- Add the parsley and the juice of 1 lemon wedge and stir to combine.
- Turn heat to low and add the pasta to skillet with the shrimp and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
