Gremolata Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 TBSP Gremolata Olive Oil
  • 8 oz of any type of pasta
  • 1 tsp Parsley, diced
  • 1 lb Large Shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Garlic, minced
  • Shredded Parmesan to taste
  • Lemon Wedges to taste
  • Additional Flavor Recommendations: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Herbes De Provence Olive Oil 

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, use a large skillet and add the Gremolata Olive Oil and bring to medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and season with salt & pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp is just pink and cooked through. Flip shrimp halfway through cooking.
  4. Add the parsley and the juice of 1 lemon wedge and stir to combine.
  5. Turn heat to low and add the pasta to skillet with the shrimp and toss to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
