Mashed Potatoes

Time: 1 Hour • Serves: 8
Ingredients:
- 8 Medium Sized White Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream (more or less depending on your desired consistency)
- 2 TBSP Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Savory Butter Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions:
- Scrub & clean potatoes and place in a pot. Cover the potatoes with water, add a dash of salt and boil for 45 minutes.
- Remove potatoes from water and place in bowl. Mash the potatoes in the bowl with the skin on.
- Add heavy cream and stir.
- Add sour cream and Savory Butter Olive Oil and stir. Continue to mash until desired consistency is reached.
- Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve warm.
